How we handle your data.
Shimomichi Strategic Advisors LLC ("SSA", "we") is the data controller for personal information you submit through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, optional company, and the message you send us. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent briefly for abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): to respond to your inquiry. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): if you tick the marketing-updates box, to send occasional updates about our work.
How long we keep it
- 45 days from submission if you did not opt in — then the record is permanently and automatically deleted.
- Up to 24 months if you opted in for updates. Withdrawal triggers deletion within 7 days.
- Your IP address is anonymized (last octet zeroed) after 30 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. The form below issues a one-click erasure link sent to your email — use it any time.
Erase my data
Enter the email address you used. We will email you a confirmation link; clicking it permanently deletes every contact record associated with that address.
