How we handle your data.

Shimomichi Strategic Advisors LLC ("SSA LLC", "we") is the data controller for personal information processed through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect

This site has no forms and no sign-up. We do not ask you for, or store, your name, company, or message. If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the discussion.

Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1MLLTWJ6W4, with IP anonymization) and Microsoft Clarity (project x3qbcg0tow) to understand which pages are useful. No analytics cookies or scripts are loaded until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, or never answer, the page ships zero third-party tags.

Tracked events are limited to anonymous page views and outbound link clicks. To withdraw consent, clear the ssa_cookie_consent_v1 entry in your browser's site storage; the banner will reappear and default back to opt-out.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email sebastian@wearessa.llc. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.
